Pick the request that fits
Four ways to reach Pat. Not sure which one? Match your situation to the "use this when" notes — you can always change the Type on the form itself.
CONFIG block at the top of the file — edit request types, form links, priorities, or statuses there and the page updates itself. No design work required.Priority levels
Set an honest priority when you submit — it's how Pat sequences the queue. These describe impact, not a contractual response time.
What happens to your ticket
Every item moves through the same stages on the board, so you always know where things stand.
How to write a request Pat can act on
A little detail up front saves a round-trip and gets you unblocked faster.
- Name the app or agent if it already exists (e.g. Yenisita, Reycito, AR Review) so it links to the right registry entry.
- Say what you expected vs. what happened — for bugs, include the order/invoice number, screenshot, or exact message.
- Note the impact — who's blocked, how many records, and any deadline. This sets the priority.
- Tag the system so it routes correctly.
